Summary
Once upon a time, the world was almost ruined by an entity named “Kishin”. In order to ensure that it remains dormant, Shibusen, short for “SHInigami BUki SENmon gakko” (Collage of Death and Weapons), was founded by Shinigami-sama. All the students of Shibusen are required to make the Death Scythe, the weapon of Shinigami-sama. It is made from 99 souls that have become eggs of Kishin and one soul of a witch.

I think as far as Lupin movies go, this is probably in the top 3 so far.
